Sierra Hot Springs
poetry mined from the Mother Lode

by  Curtis Hagen

My naked skin massaged by the minerals of Gaia.

The essence of Earth engulfs my being.

The soft glow of the meadow before me, let’s me know everything is alright.

All I have shed becomes a tingling presence to my future self.

As the steam fills my lungs, and floating becomes a feeling,
I am my own worship in omni-directional growth.

I am impenetrable of all influences that come my way.

In this birthday suit,
lift me up.
